Director

Salome is a finance executive with over 13 years of experience across family office, hospitality, property and retail environments, including CFO-level responsibility through complex restructuring, insolvency and sale processes. She has worked closely with founders, boards, and investors to stabilise cashflow, lead restructuring initiatives, deliver finance transformation, and strengthen reporting and commercial insight. Her experience also includes capital raising and managing complex stakeholder environments. More recently, Salome has focused on advisory work, helping businesses navigate challenging situations — particularly debt management and cashflow constraints.
